I had a lovely day at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden this afternoon. It's a really great spot to see some greenery and escape from the city (though you can still hear the traffic at times). Afterwards I found a penny on Union near 8th Avenue that was nestled in some sidewalk cracks. Sharp eyes. Penny-dar.
